First half of the electronic device industry sales growth

According to data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the first half of the year, the growth rate of China's electronic device industry was faster than the average level of the industry; the proportion of electronic components industry declined.

In the first half of the year, the electronic device industry realized sales value and export delivery value of 699.8 billion yuan and 416.1 billion yuan, respectively, an increase of 14.7% and 9.4%, higher than the industry average of 2.3 and 3.6 percentage points. Among them, the sales value and export delivery value of the optoelectronic device industry increased by 17.2% and 11.7% respectively. In the first half of the year, the sales value and export delivery value of the electronic components industry were 742.6 billion yuan and 344.5 billion yuan, respectively, accounting for 17.1% and 15.2% of the industry respectively, all down 0.4 percentage points over the same period. In the first half of the year, the industrial production of integrated circuits was 42.1 billion, an increase of 9.9%; the number of semiconductor discrete devices was 221.4 billion, an increase of 2.2%; and the electronic components were 111.7 billion, an increase of 6.5%.
