iPhone user loyalty up to 84% Android 60%

According to a report by technology website BGR, a recent survey by market research firm GfK revealed that among all smartphone users, Apple iPhone users have the highest loyalty.

GfK's survey of 4,500 consumers in Brazil, China, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States showed that 84% of iPhone users said they would choose the iPhone as their next handset. Android mobile phone users loyalty is 60%, BlackBerry is 48%.

GFK analyst Ryan Garner said: "Apple has an advantage in the competition, but it will face strong challenges next year." But he did not specify what the "challenge" refers to.

According to the report, "The range of brand manufacturers attracting users from competitors has been greatly reduced. Those who can create the most perfect user experience and continue to develop such brand loyalty will receive the maximum return."
