Production Line Overview
The production of urine test strips is currently mainly mechanically assisted by artificial semi-automatic production methods, which have low production efficiency and poor product consistency. The automatic production technology of urine test strips can realize the automation of the entire process of urine test strips from card loading, position detection and sticking of the card strips, and seal packaging to avoid the risk of contamination caused by personnel contact with the product. Production line composition overview
The urine test strip automatic production line is mainly composed of bottom card sorting mechanism, dispensing mechanism, test card conveying and cutting mechanism, detection card binding robot, packaging and packaging mechanism and other equipment and corresponding visual system and control system, which can realize bottom card sorting and pasting. Dispensing and testing cards are cut into strips, the inspection strips are automatically affixed, the desiccant is filled into the bags, the bags are sealed and printed, and the packaged packaging is collected into baskets.

Accuracy of production line
The traditional manual operation has low accuracy in detecting the cut strips and the sticking process, and is prone to phenomena such as burrs, irregular dimensions, and misplaced pastes, resulting in high product reject rates. The production line adopts servo motor drive positioning, hobbing and slitting shear cutting, high-speed servo motor positioning accuracy of up to 0.5mm, at the same time with the precise positioning of the visual system, can ensure the quality of product cutting and pasting, greatly increasing the product's consistency Sex.

The whole production line is made of stainless steel, and the transmission mechanism and traveling mechanism are all lubricated and sealed.
