1. Q: Can I order a sample?
A: Yes,The sample fee would be refunded when you place the order with us.

2. Q: How many days do you take to prepare the sample?
A: It will takes about 10days to make the sample after the receipt of your payment, 
since all the samples material should be purchased separately, and be produced 
all by hand;

3. Q: What's your payment term?
A: For the sample order, we can accept T/T,Western Union, PAYPAL or Escrow;
But for the large order, we can accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T ;

About Delivery time
4. Q: When will you deliver the goods?

About Warranty
5.Q: What's your warranty period?
A: We provide you 1year of warranty not including battery;1% spare parts based on order quantity, 
including mainboard, microphone,battery, Remote control, Speaker, Carton box;0.5%spare
 panel based on order quantity in case any damage of panel;
 

 About after-service
6.Q: What if we got defected goods?
A:If any defects found on our production, send us the videos & pictures for each
 defect and the serial numbers of each defected product, we will send you the 
replacement parts for fix it if it is fixable;If it is unfix-able,we will compensate you
 on our next order;

 

Besides,if necessary,we can send our engineer to your factory to support you and
 guide your production for few days.
