Regarding VR's motion sickness problem, both hardware developers and software developers, they are trying to solve the problem of motion sickness, allowing users to enjoy VR, rather than feel dizzy and nausea due to VR.
A foreign developer team, 3lb Games, claimed to have found a way to solve the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive motion sickness. The team developed a VR Touch motion system that uses a more intuitive motion handle to eliminate the vertigo caused by the Oculus Rift. The system is currently certified by the Oculus Touch and has been added to the Unity Asset Store, which is the first store to be approved for the Oculus Touch.
In essence, the VR Touch motion system will allow the user to interact with when and how the VR hardware moves, combining the user's mobile intent with what he or she feels, and the handle will lead the user to his intention to move or Rotate to the position.
3lb Games explained in the statement that by eliminating sensory conflicts, we can greatly reduce VR motion sickness. When moving intent and action agree, VR moves more intuitively and naturally. Unlike other sports systems, our system includes a series of different ways of moving for different games. You can even choose to mix a few of them and create a unique mobile system.
3lb Games supports Oculus Rift and also supports HTC Vive, which costs $20 in the Unity Asset Store.
