According to Mr. Hu, Shilicheng Lighting was founded in 2000. After more than five years of ups and downs, more than 160 large-scale lighting production and distribution companies have settled directly, driving tens of thousands of lighting wholesalers across the country. In fact, the reporter of the leading city often interviewed the executive deputy general manager of Shilihe Lighting City Hu Chunming to talk with him about the service and brand in the development of the company.

Reporter: Hello, Mr. Hu. Nowadays, many companies pay attention to brands. Can you introduce your company's experience in building brands and developing brands?

Mr. Hu: We have been focusing on brand development since 2003. We have clear management regulations in terms of quality, service, management, market positioning, and customer complaint handling. From the initial concept establishment to the current brand development, we always adhere to the "integrity service, quality assurance" purpose. Consumers buy goods in our lighting city, and the return period is from the first 7 days to 40 days today. Among the similar enterprises, we are the first to launch this service, the purpose is to let consumers buy the rest assured, use the rest assured, but also prevent fakes from appearing in our mall.

Reporter: On the basis of quality assurance, service is the topic that consumers are most concerned about. Would you like to introduce the service content of your company?

Mr. Hu: Our service basically revolves around consumers and settled businesses, providing them with the best place to trade. It is necessary for consumers to shop at us and to make sales targets. Therefore, we have established some relevant regulations between merchants and consumers. If consumers buy fake goods here, we will know that we will impose certain penalties on the merchants.

Reporter: We talked about the brand and wanted to know how much the brand effect can bring to the company.

Mr. Hu: We have a deep understanding of the brand effect. You also saw that there are many decorative cities in Shilihe that operate lighting, and also have the same professional lighting as ours. So far, our decorative city lighting sales are still the first. This shows that consumers are still recognized by our brand. We will also strengthen the establishment and promotion of the brand in the future.

Reporter: What innovations have you made in building your brand?

Mr. Hu: First of all, we implemented a 40-day return on quality assurance. Secondly, we implemented a step-by-step authorization mechanism to allow 200 merchants to carry out a declaration of good faith and conduct comprehensive quality training for merchants. Let's talk about quality training: "We found that there are many foreign friends who buy lighting. Most of them don't understand Chinese, so there are resistances in the process of buying and selling, so we invited the English teacher to give us a simple training."

Reporter: Let's talk about the relationship between product and quality. What does quality mean for the future development of the company?

Mr. Hu: Quality is the foundation of enterprise survival. Service is the driving force for the company to continue to develop. We know the importance of quality. We have positioned the quality year in 2005 to increase our work on management quality and service quality. At the same time, we also require merchants to strengthen their understanding of quality and jointly create an honest business place.

Reporter: Do you pay attention to the development of those aspects in your business?

Hu: The details are our eternal pursuit. Interaction is the goal of our development.
