The principle control circuit of the FS84-16PWS-simulated Qigong therapy instrument is shown in Figure 1. The control circuit consists of a thyristor voltage regulator circuit and a bridge full-wave rectifier circuit. S2 changes the conduction angle of the bidirectional thyristor, so that the voltage applied by the bridge rectifier to the spectrum generator changes to achieve the purpose of changing its therapeutic dose. The therapeutic dose indicator actually indicates the magnitude of the output voltage. R2 is a plate-shaped analog human body spectrum generator with a DC resistance of 180Ω.

The overhaul of W spectrum analyzer is divided into overhaul of spectrum generator and overhaul of control circuit. Unplug the connection jack on the back of the treatment instrument, and use a multimeter to test the DC resistance of the spectrum generator should be about 180Ω. If the resistance is normal, the fault is mostly on the control pole. When the resistance at the test hole is open, do not rush to disassemble the spectrum generator. The connection of the treatment arm jack is often folded and artificially pulled easily to break, which is caused by many failures.
The spectrum generator is the heart of the spectrum analyzer and is a ceramic product, so it is easy to be damaged in a fall and collision, and it is also easy to short circuit or burn out the spectrum board after being wet. Since the factory is confidential, there are no accessories to sell. If the spectrum generator is not completely broken, it can be repaired by the following methods.
(1) Use a multimeter to find the breaking point, gently scrape the two sections with a knife, clean the sections with ethanol, and connect the two sections with silver paste.
(2) Put the spectrum board (or tube) into the oven at 200 ℃ for 1 hour to dry the silver paste.
(3) Use a multimeter to test the spectrum pole DC resistance is about 180Ω, the spectrum tube is about 360Ω. Use the spectrum generator on the machine. If the heat is even and there is no bright spot, the scrapped spectrum generator can be put into use again.
If the spectrum generator is intact, the fault is on the control pole. Taking the WS-simulated qigong therapy device as an example, the inspection method is as follows:
(1) Plug in the power supply, the time control switch is connected to ON, the indicator light should be on, otherwise the fault is: bad power supply contact, burnout of the safety tube or broken TIMER switch;
(2) If the indicator light is on, turn on the dose switch S2, and the dose indicator "G" should be indicated. If there is no indication, the SCR is generally damaged.
SCR damage can be replaced with BCR3AM. After replacement, resistors R2, R5 and R6 should be readjusted. The method is: put S2 in the third gear, replace R2 with a 100kΩ potentiometer, adjust "G" to 0.8, test the resistance by welding the potentiometer, and replace R2 with the same resistance. In the same way, adjust R5 and R6 in the second and first gears, so that G is 0.7 and G is 0.5, and can be replaced with the corresponding resistance. Because the spectrum generator is fragile and afraid of tide, when the spectrum analyzer that has not been used for a long time is used, it should first open the weak gear for 2 minutes, then move to the middle gear for 2 minutes, and then shut down for 4 minutes. Repeat 2 to 3 times before putting it into use.
