The debugging of the power distribution cabinet is mainly divided into two major systems, one is the lighting system debugging and the other is the debugging of the electric power system. There are certain procedures and specifications for the installation and maintenance of the power distribution cabinet and the safe operation of the power distribution cabinet. The commissioning also has its own specifications. At the same time, the debugging of the power distribution cabinet will be divided into different debugging methods according to the system, such as lighting. The system has a debugging method for the lighting system, and the electric power system has a debugging method for the power system, which cannot be mixed.

(1) Lighting system debugging

1 First check if all lighting distribution cabinets have been cut off.

2 Then check whether the lamps are qualified and the wiring is accurate.

3 The project will be divided into separate debugging areas according to the system and the area controlled by the power distribution box. The debugging will be debugged from top to bottom and layer by layer.

Select the lighting distribution box, first introduce the temporary power supply, disconnect the lighting switch box into the line switch, and remove the official incoming line first, then connect the temporary power supply, send the power, first open the 1 channel lighting Control the switch, then turn on the relevant lighting fixtures, and turn on the other lighting control switch. Then gradually turn on all the switches in the lighting distribution box.

Then use the same method to debug the second lighting distribution box, gradually debug all the lighting distribution boxes on the top floor, and then debug to the lower layer, using the same method until all the lighting distribution boxes are fully debugged.

4 The lighting system measures the power supply voltage and load current every 2 hours with a voltmeter and an ammeter. The public construction test runs for 24 hours, and the residential part runs for 8 hours. Check whether the socket wiring is correct one by one during debugging, whether the switch control lamp is flexible and accurate, whether the control sequence is corresponding, and observe whether the lighting of the lamp is normal at any time, whether the wire is heated abnormally, find the cause and correct it in time, and make a record.

(2) Electric power system debugging

1 First check if all power distribution cabinets have been cut off.

2 Check the components of each power accessory, such as busbar, cable, motor, etc., whether the test is qualified and the wiring is accurate.

3 Divide the project according to the system and the area controlled by the distribution box into separate debugging areas. The debugging is from top to bottom and layer by layer.

Select the power distribution box, first introduce the temporary power supply, disconnect the power distribution box incoming switch, and remove the official incoming line first, then connect the temporary power supply, send the power supply, first open the 1 power control switch inside the box. , then turn on the relevant power equipment, normal, open another power control switch. Then gradually turn on all the switches in the power distribution box.
