Fourth, the procurement content: This purchase is divided into two packages:
The first package: street lamp poles, lamps (only available, not installed);
The second package: supply and installation of electronic monitoring equipment (see list of procurement items for details)
V. Qualification requirements for suppliers:
1. Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement;
2. An independent legal entity registered in China with a valid business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate;
3. The products to be supplied shall have the test certificate or test report of the national product quality inspection agency, and the products shall meet the corresponding technical and environmental protection standards stipulated by the Chinese government;
4. The road lighting fixtures in the first package of bidding products shall have 3C national compulsory product certification; the second package bidder shall have the qualification of three or more degrees in electronic engineering professional contracting.
5. If the bidder is an agent, he must provide a sales authorization letter from a professional manufacturer.
