[Application] Temperature control circuit
Available in a dual-row 8-pin SOIC package. The working voltage is 2.7V~4.5V; the working current is 170～300μA; the working temperature is -40°C～85°C; the output current is 1mA; the output high level is ≥0.8V; the output low level is ≤0.35V; typical control precision It is ±1 °C; the hysteresis temperature is 2 °C. This circuit can be set to control the temperature at a single point. Only one external resistor is used to set the control temperature, and there are OUT and the opposite OUT (reverse) outputs.

It is used for continuous level measurement. The signal transmitted by its sensor is collected by the receiving system after being reflected by the target, and the distance of the target is determined by measuring the reflection running time. Then the level distance is converted into an output signal and output as a measured value.
