The above power refers to the peak envelope power (PEP) of the RF output of the transmitting device, that is, the average power within one RF cycle at the maximum value of the modulation envelope when the transmitter output is properly matched to the load and is at maximum excitation. The maximum limit of the actual output power should be determined by the radio management department within this range according to the environment of the station.
