China's home appliance industry transformation and upgrading mold industry must first

China National Grid Shanghai reported that on March 21, the "China Home Appliances Mold Technology and Market Analysis Seminar" was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center China Household Appliances Expo. The seminar was jointly sponsored by China Household Electrical Appliances Association, China Die & Mould Industry Association and "Electric Appliances" magazine. It aims to make use of the big platform of Home Appliances Expo to allow home appliance companies to fully understand the status quo of China's mold industry development, and to open up the upstream and downstream collaborations of household electrical appliances industry. In 2012, the Chinese home appliance industry continued to maintain a rapid growth momentum. The home appliance mold industry, which plays an important role in the innovation and scale production of home appliances, has played an important role in industrial upgrading of the home appliance industry and has also developed rapidly.

Qin Wei, deputy secretary-general of the China Mould and Die Industry Association pointed out that in 2011, under the rapid economic growth in China and the global mold procurement trend, China's mold industry has achieved a good overall growth, the industry's growth for double-digit, the national mold Total sales amounted to 124 billion yuan, an increase of more than 10% from 2010; according to customs statistics, the total import and export of molds in China in 2011 was US$5.24 billion, an increase of 23.06% over 2010. Among them, the total amount of imports was 2.235 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 8.37% over 200; the rapid development of mold exports totaled 30.05 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 36.87% over 2010.

Qin Hao said that the home appliance industry is moving toward the development of high-end products and is moving toward the goal of strengthening the home appliance industry. In this process, China's home appliance mold industry already has the ability to provide equipment guarantees, according to the current industry status and predictable development prospects. China's mold industry does not need to superstition the traditional view that "the most advanced foreign countries do not do well in China."

Chen Gang, deputy secretary-general of the China Household Electrical Appliances Association, said that during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, it was a critical period for China’s home appliance industry to change from a big country to a strong country. It was also a critical period for the transformation and upgrading of China’s home appliance industry. The upgrading of home appliance parts manufacturing industry and technical products must pass. Mould manufacturing technology upgrades to achieve, therefore, the transformation and upgrading of home appliances, mold must first.

Chen Gang also stated that the Household Appliances Association held the “Household Appliance Technology Conference” as usual in November 2012. The association is actively planning with all parties and hopes to hold technical seminars related to the mold industry.

"I believe that through these activities, the China Household Electrical Appliances Association and the China Die and Mould Industry Association will further promote the communication and collaboration between the home appliance industry and the mold industry, as well as establish a platform for technological exchanges for the technology, engineering, and scientific research personnel of the two industries.
