The XMC1302 DC brushless blower fan sine wave control system launched by Dalian Dapinjia is mainly composed of Hall signal sampling, speed calculation, speed PI adjustment, and PWM generation. The rotational speed adjustment potentiometer or the upper computer sets the speed reference value through the serial port; according to the Hall signal of the DC brushless fan, the rotor position is estimated and the rotational speed is calculated, and the obtained actual rotational speed value and the given rotational speed enter the rotational speed PI regulator together. The output is the PWM modulation amplitude; the three-phase PWM signal of the drive motor can be calculated through the above PWM amplitude and rotor position information, and the brushless DC fan can be driven through the inverter circuit. The modulation strategy adopted in this scheme is the minimum switching power loss SPWM.
